    Dark Wood Carving of Kneeling Woman With Basket on Head
    Height 15"                     Weight 3 pounds 0.3 ounces                  Base 5" x 4"
    This is a carving of a woman kneeling and holding a basket on her head with her left hand while holding a bag with her right hand.  There is nice textured detail on her dress, hair, the basket, the bag, and the ground.
    The very dark brown wood has some lighter streaks. She is slightly tilted forward which may indicate that she is rising from the kneeling position.
