Vintage Wood Carved Spear? Blow Dart?

Description

This estate find was part of a collection including animal hide shields and carved bone blow dart gun.
I'm not sure if it's a spear or large blow dart or what.
Nicely detailed with carving and braided details.  Approximately 19" long.
I have another one listed also.
