Cream Background With Highlights.  Geese's Wings have an iridescent glaze!   Absolutely Beautiful !!!
I believe the wings have the mother of pearl satin glass. HAND BLOWN INTO SPECIAL MOLDS.
Phoenix Glass Company was formed in 1880 -1958.   Monaca PA.
