    Description

    Antique African Dog Granary Door with Relief.
    Door is in good, working condition.  On the door, itself, there are 5 carved rows, depicting men (3 rows, with 4 carved men each row) as well as men carrying food (2 rows, with 3 carved men, carrying food).   The relief is also carved, they depict 3 men on each side.
    This door would make an interesting wall piece or can be easily covered to a coffee table/dining table.
    African DOGON granary door history: These doors were
    used to close above-ground grain storages
    . Figures are carved from the wood in the shape of the well-known dogon figures.
