HUGE Stunning, Four-Color, Work Of Art Glass Vase/UrnDesigned by Consolidated Lamp & Glass Company From Corapolis, Pennsylvania (1926-28)
Titled: "The Dancing Nudes" or "Nymphs".
12" Tall - 9-1/2" Diameter - 5" Diameter Opening - 5-1/4" Base
Raised Above Its Molded, Cream-Colored Surface, Six Nude Ladies Dance, As One Nude Satyr Passionately Strums His Flute. What Makes This Rare and Unique Are The SEA-GREEN, NOT BLUE Ribbons Flowing Throughout Its Design.
As Part of Consolidated Martele's Line, Designed By Ruben & Kenneth Haley, Were Two Of The Most Sought After Glass Designers At That Time.
The vase is in excellent condition, no cracks, chips, cracks, repairs, or flaws. The base shows the company's signature...the circular mark.
The Dancing Nudes vase was part of Phoenix/Consolidated's Martele Line in their catalog. This line was created to compete With Rene Lalique's Works Of Art.
