We tested all products before shipment as we stated above, if you have any problem with the aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it and send us vedio at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us.

To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it.
