I pulled this classic surf handbill off of a power pole when I was a surfer chick in Hermosa Beach, CA, in 1975.
Guaranteed original, authentic vintage surf movie poster from 1975.
It is an ad for the surf movie: A Winter's Tale (At Last, an Australian Surf Movie, featuring Midget Farrelly)
Measures 17" by 11" on light green paper with "HELD OVER" printed in red.
Original condition as removed by me from a wood power pole in the South Bay (Hermosa, Manhattan, Redondo Beach) in the 1970s. Shows tack holes, some wrinkles, a few small stains and folds. The photos show the condition well. We believe this adds character, even enhances the original art, and offers proof of authenticity and provenance.
This would rock any wall in a tasteful frame, be a compelling conversation starting statement piece of art, and the focal point for any surfer's room.
